Hello,
Since I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 I've noticed I've lost the ability to rip CD's through Windows Media Player. It just gives an error message saying "cannot rip one or more tracks". I looked in the Rip Music settings of Media Player and noticed the "rip music to this location" section is blank and when i click the "Change" box next to it, nothing happens.. its totally unresponsive.
This lead me to look at the Music folder in Libraries and when i click the folder it gives an error message saying its not working.
Can anyone help me on this one or have an explanation?
I have uploaded some print screens of these scenarios to give a better picture of the situation.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks
