Is Windows 8 have the same compatibility of Windows 7 with XP and Vista programs?

Windows 8 (X86 and X64) and Windows 7 share the same kernel, so everything which work on Windows 7 will work on Windows 8. For Windows vista and Windows Xp, you can have compatibility issues, so you should try by yourslef on W7 or W8.
