Nice little utility. I'm mostly a keyboard shortcut guy. One of the small things that bugs me about any OS, including 8, was getting at the power button, in fact it's a bit more difficult in 8 using keys. In Vista and 7 it was WinKey -> Arrow right -> Enter = shutdown. A few more arrows for the other options.

One of the first things I did setting up 8 in two editions now, was setting up shortcut keys for these commands. I followed Brink's tutorials. They work great.

Thanks, but those didn't work. Are you sure you have that correct?

Besides, too many keys. I'd rather stick with my 3 keys in all the shortcuts.

Haha for while I just make use of my Logitech wireless keyboard shortcut. Simple combination can be done with single hand while the other hand grabs some food.

LOL! Kevin -> Ctrl/Alt/Z with the left hand and the cupcake in my right -> Shutdown!
