Solved Metro video, No subtitle support!?

It doesn't support mkv or mpeg or m4v or anything other than somple AVI/WMV does it?

I'd just plan on getting a codec pak and HT-MPC. There's no reason to rely on the gimped built in media player for ANY reason now :( I actually used in in Windows 7 but 8 is more than useless...

Yeah i was just trying it out and it's useless, it plays mp4 and avi/wmv... that's it, with no subtitle support either :(
