Lost link to tile on start screen

I have a laptop that came with Netflix installed and set as a tile on my start screen. The tile has suddenly stopped working and gives an error message "Netflix has stopped working. Contact your system administrator to repair or reinstall it".

As it's my laptop does that make me the administrator? I haven't done anything to the link so can it be repaired or reinstalled? This would be handy to know should any other tiles develop similar problems.

Your Netflix tile refers to a Store App?
Netflix does have issues in Windows 8 occasionally.

Do you have access to the Store? Can you uninstall or reinstall the Netflix App?
The status of Windows 8 can have an effect on the Netflix App.
Windows 10 does a better job with the Netflix App.

Chrome works well with Netflix.
Another option is to install Chrome in Windows 8 because IE does not have the features of Chrome.

Thanks nt62 - User account = Administrator - so ok on that score

Uninstalled Netflix & re-installed from store...now doesn't work, full stop - HOWEVER not a major issue as I can access Netflix by typing in site address and that works fine.

I note that many people are berating Windows 8 because Netflix doesn't work. Nothing lost there, then, but now I'm aware where to go if happens again.
