I'm looking for a brand new editing software to edit videos. It needs to be free and safe to download. I only have Movie Maker that came with my Windows 8.1 hard drive. Back in the day, I had Windows Movie Maker and wanted that again, but was advised not to due to the gap between hard drives.
In terms of what I should want to do with it concerning my videos, one of them is able to put images onto the video clip itself (so you see someone talking, and the image appears onto that, no cuts or anything), maybe even have two characters, played by the same person, in the scene shot, if possible.
Any ideas? Thanks
