People - Adding an Exchange Account

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had any success adding an Exchange Account to the People app (Metro tile)?

I have been able to add (and sync) my Gmail and LinkedIn accounts, but not my work's MS Exchange Account, which is really annoying!

If anyone has been successful, did you enter an IP address or Server Name in the required "Server Address" field as per the attached screenshot?

I haven't. I can read my email just fine, but contacts are not working at all. I might have to return to using outlook or postbox with davmail. That always worked fine.
