There was a program for windows 7 called prio. However it doesn't work on windows 8.1. Does anyone know if it will be updated or how to get the program working? Or how to get the save process priority feature and silent elevation feature back? Silent elevation let you select programs that could run as administrator without having to click yes on the UAC popup. This DID NOT allow it for all programs just the selected ones you select.
