Cannot Rename New Folders (Do not exist)

I tried to make a New Folder and Windows said that the folder does not exist. I tried using the SFC to find out if Windows could fix it for me. It gave me a lengthy log file and I have no idea what to look at. I have it attached below.

All I want to know is how to fix my folder problem and if there is anything else I need to worry about.

This happened to me also. This will fix it for you.
Download and apply https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/949109 from Microsoft.
Best to always create a system restore point first.
