I have just been informed by Samsung that their sync software Smart Switch does not work on Windows 8.1 It works on Windows 8 but they aren't going to make it compatible with 8.1. has anybody come up against this problem?
The only help I was offered by Samsung was to contact Microsoft with a view to finding out if there is a way to run Win8 apps on Win8.1. Is this possible?
