Minitool Partition Wizard Error Resizing User Disk

Iíve used Minitool Partition Wizard for a while without any problems. Iíve just upgraded to version 9.1 in Windows 8.1 Pro x64.
Iím trying to reduce the size of a 2TB NTFS formatted user hard disk by 500MB and create another partition in the 500MB free space.

Iíve set Partition Wizard to reduce the size of the main partition to leave 500MB at the end of the drive. When I click Apply, I get the enclosed error. Iíve scanned the disk with the Partition Wizard error checker and chkdsk but this finds no errors.

What does the error mean and how do I proceed from here?

You may have a situation where there is some unmovable file in the last 500 MB, assuming you have room for shrinking the partition otherwise.

Someone had a utility to check for such things, but I don't remember what it was.

Have you tried shrinking the partition in Windows and what did it say?

You need minitool partition wizard bootable 9.1 free.
From within windows you can not move the unmovable files( system restore, fileindexing etc.)
