video playback issue

long story short lm getting a few files that bring up the avi chunk viewer which warns me said files need to be reinterleaved for sequential viewing.. l have used anysoft video converter etc to try rectify the issue but l have a number of files with the issue which l want to resolve as its become quite annoying so lm looking for something l can use that windows 8.1 compatible so l can reindex the files and get rid of the issue.

l doubt it would help, from what lve read it will just re-encode, what lm looking for is something that will reinterleave a file.
