    Advise the program for recovery of pdf file?

    Advise the program for recovery of pdf file. When the file is restored after removal from the stick, the file is recovered with an error. Acrobat could not open it.

    If the file is damaged, there's no file recovery app that is going to fix that.

    You didn't say what browser you're using. Firefox will open PDF files. Worth a shot. It's not like it will damage the file.
