I've recently purchased a CD for Office 2013, but it seems to be having some kind of error. Every time I run the setup, it opens up a Korean application for the download of Windows instead. What am I supposed to do?

Are you running a second language on your computer? Where did you get the disc from, could it have inadvertently been the Korean version sent to you? Have you contacted the seller about the issue?

First of all, Office 2013 doesn't come on a CD, it's too big to fit; instead, it comes on a DVD.

Second, there are multiple versions (Home & Student, Business, Professional, etc) and you didn't tell us what version you bought.

From what you said, if you got it from a "questionable source", it's likely a hacked version and they sent you the wrong disk.
