I fresh installed Windows 8.1x64 in a friend's laptop. Downloaded the spanish language pack and successfully changed Windows GUI to spanish, problem is that in Metro, the Mail app's GUI still shows in english and there's no option within the app to change the display language. It's strange, because accessing his outlook.com account with a web browser will show the GUI in spanish. Any hint?
