Setting Default Program for Pictures

I want to set all picture types to be opened by Microsoft Office 2010 Picture Manager.

But, when I go top 'Default Programs' I don't see Microsoft Office 2010 Picture Manger.

Am I supposed top right click on each picture type in Explorer to set the default?

Yes, set each file type as desired and all files of that type should open in the program chosen. Usually there's a choice on the Open with panel to browse for a program that can handle that type. You might look in Control Panel, Default Programs. The program list may only show Office 2010 rather than one of the applications within the suite.
