Hi,

I am trying to do something with my PC's to reduce sizes. I would like to run two Intel NUC's. One in my living room as a media solution and one in my studio for my music production. I have a server with all of my data stored and backed up elsewhere.

The problem that I have to try and resolve to make this setup work is that my sound card is a PCI-E card and I can't lose that.

In a Windows Network is it possible to keep the soundcard PCI-E card on the server but install the drivers and mixer software from the NUC but installed on the server?

Would this work?

Don't think so? One option is to install the software on the PC with the PCIe sound card in it, and then remote desktop into that PC from the other one.
