Ccleaner has made my computer slow

Ever since I cleaned out my computer, it's running slow. When I press the start button to access the start screen, nothing happens. The charms bar is not working either when I hover with the mouse. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything is working now, since I restarted it. But, it still seems a little slow. It is better than it was though.

CCleaner will by default clear your caches. Caches are there to make your computer faster by storing recently or commonly used things.

You are probably best off not clearing them but even if you do Windows will over time repopulate them and your system will speed up again.

you would save more disk space by removing CCleaner

Keep CCleaner and give Uncleaner a try, does almost what DiskCleanup does, only way faster, never hurts to have a a"clean" system.
While you are at it,check this out,at sister Sevenforums,as well as this one, used them since the Seven era, never had any trouble, running them batch files!
