    Is there an easy way to clean up .rar and .zip files?

    I have a ton of .rar and .zip files on my computer and I'm not sure which one's I've extracted and are okay to delte.

    Is there a program that can automatically tell me this?

    How much is "a ton of"? If they will all fit on either a CD-R or DVD-R/DVD+R disc or multiple discs, my choice would be to burn them for archiving then delete from the HDD.
