    Snapshot based backup software.

Is there a program like windows recovery only you can pick and chose files and folders to backup, like all I want to backup is some files on C, windows folder, user folder and maybe programdata folder. I do not have the space for a full 1:1 backup ><

It would also be nice if I could run all sorts of backup and full folder to folder synchronization operations(that can copy locked files) with it too.

Then you will have to use paid backup software to achieve this or schedule backups using programs such as Macrium Reflect or Nova backup.

I do not mind paying for it but there dose not seem to be a nice all in one solution.

Dose not look like it offers snapshot backup of a hard drive or a recovery option outside windows, I guess with the specific features I am looking for I need to use 2 separate pieces of software.

If you are looking to do a hard disk image backup of your entire system you could use Macrium Reflect Free.
