Logo Design Studio Pro incompatible with windows 8.1?

So i tried using the compatibility mode troubleshooter and that did not work. I am trying to install Logo Design Studio Pro and it is not working. I can open the place where i can click install, but after that i can not get too far. It is saying i have to have service pack 3.5. Here is a screenshot: Click image for larger version

It needs a "Dot Net v3.5" so you have to make sure it's installed correctly, are your windows up to date ?

Go to Programs and features in control panel > Turn windows features on or off. Might have to force WU after that to update.

Sorry but is Google not working? Anyway here you go: Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center

And there shouldn't be any compatibility issues unless you have an old program. I have Logo Design Studio Pro and just now installed and ran it without issue here. And opened as well.

Did you install a PID# and also register it....

BTW I did not have to install .net 3.5, the program just installed with no issues.

You didn't go to: "Turn windows features on or off". .NET is not a program but Windows feature.

Not sure why this needs to be done as .NET Framework should be enabled by default considering a lot of programs use it but...

Anyway if you (the OP) find it is enabled, try the download link I provided.
