how to make Black Glass startup in windows 8.1?

how do i make Black Glass Enhanced v0.5 startup in windows 8.1?
i tried putting it in startup folder and it works kinda, when it starts up you have to click run every time how do i avoid that?
and the software itself when i click enable to startup it don't work what can i do?:think:

You could check out this tutorial and see if it helps - Elevated Program Shortcut without UAC Prompt - Create. This one is for Windows 7, haven't checked to see if Brink created one for Windows 8.1 so...

With that tutorial done, try putting the elevated shortcut into your startup folder, or even setting up the scheduled task to execute at either system startup, or when you (as a user) log onto Windows.

If you set this action up to be started at system startup or when you log on, the advanced options become available for you to delay this action, and there are many selections, such as 5 minutes, 8 hours, 1 day, etc. as below.

I put it in the startup folder and when i reboot it ask me to run it instead of automatically starting it itself how do i not have to click run every time windows starts?
