Why are my "metro" apps always losing login settings?

I have started to get very frustrated with some of my Windows "metro" apps losing their login settings. This is happening with apps such as Yahoo Mail, Facebook and eBay. They will be fine for a few days but then they lose the login information. Obviously I then never get notifications from them.

Why could this be??

Thanks

I'm really not sure on this one, If somebody can correct me please do:

Are you deleting all your cookies with a "system cleaner" like Ccleaner or your default browsers "delete browsing history". for example login.live.com and c.live need to be kept for windows user account.

Thanks for the response.

I do use CCleaner but not as regularly as I am losing password settings in the apps, and always make a point of it not clearing out my cookies or browsing settings apart from the cache.

Is your PC some how disconnecting from your Microsoft account(are you even signed in)? I'm having this problem on Windows 10 TP after every couple of boots(but not 8.1).

I am definitely signed in and connected to my MS Account. It's all hooked up that way ever since I first started Windows 8/8.1 and I have never used a local account.

I noticed on the 10 TP the other day that a message did come up in the bottom corner saying I needed to re-enter my Microsoft Account password, but this has never happened on 8.1.

It's so frustrating, it's happening even more often on my Windows 8.1 HP Stream 7 tablet. The Yahoo app is constantly asking me to log in on there. Surely it should just save these details, otherwise I will never get notifications through.

Do you know how to run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management and System File Checker? If not, here is a batch file, just right click and run as admin. It can take quite a while so just wait until it's finished.
