Solved Where's my graphic equalizer?

The Asus laptop I bought came with an app that had audio options, like earphones or speakers settings, a volume control and a graphic equalizer. I recently reinstalled win 8.1, and now I can't remember the name of that app for the life of me. Does anyone know? Or know of a freeware app that does the same?

You should go to the ASUS website for your laptop model and see what they have in terms of audio drivers. In my case, the audio drivers came with control software, so that installing the first automatically installed the second.

Probabley Realtek Audio is what you mean. Go here and pick out your notebook and then the Service & Support tab for you drivers. Also as a side note Windows media Player also has a EQ when you right click "Now Playing".
