Visual Studio 2013, Different assembly versions?

I just upgraded to the Windows Technical Preview keeping all of my files and settings. I opened up a project I had been working on in Visual Studio for a while in C# and came across 2 build errors as follows:

1>C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\12.0\bin\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets(1697,5): warning MSB3277: Found conflicts between different versions of the same dependent assembly that could not be resolved. These reference conflicts are listed in the build log when log verbosity is set to detailed.

1>C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\12.0\bin\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets(2234,5): warning MSB3283: Cannot find wrapper assembly for type library "MSHTML". Verify that (1) the COM component is registered correctly and (2) your target platform is the same as the bitness of the COM component. For example, if the COM component is 32-bit, your target platform must not be 64-bit.

I'm assuming it had something to do with the upgrade hence the assembly problems. If anybody could help out with fixing this it'd be greatly appreciated

I upgraded from Windows 8.1x64 to the first Windows 10 TP x 64 build that had been released. I'm currently upgrading to the latest build.

You might have better luck posting on tenforums.com

According to this link Windows 10 Preview Tested Apps - Page 6 - Windows 10 Forums Visual Studio 2013 does work but not sure what version (the post was in October so the original one presumably). You could ask him anyway. His name is SuperFly and is on this forum also
