Looking for Collapsible (on screen) dock for desktop icons

I'm trying to find a good dock for my desktop icons, to unclutter a pretty packed desktop.
Have been trying out "Circle Dock", but that is either fully visible with all apps, or they are all hidden.
I'm looking for a type of Circle Dock where the dock can be collapsed to a single icon on the desktop,
and when I click it, all my apps appear (docked).
I know it exists because I've seen it on a public computer.
Can anyone help me with a link to that type of dock?

Try Rainmeter...then look for skins that fit that description.
