    Hi,

Is there a clone program that you can choose which partitions to clone instead of the whole HD?

You can use : Macrium Reflect Free
    Here's an example:

NOTE: You must have enough unallocated space on the destination to copy the partition(s)

I've used MR for years and can confirm that it does Cloning, Imaging, and Restoring -- in addition to doing file backups.
