Solved Mail App doesn't sync any more

Hello,
A few days ago, I noticed that my Mail App doesn't sync my messages any more. I'm using outlook.com for both email one of them is used as an account to log onto Windows 8.1.
I removed the secondary account but when I tried to log on again with it I couldn't.
any help, please?

I just turned on then off the windows and my avast internet security firewall, and restarted my laptop, now it works.
