I can't login to the App Store, getting "sorry, there was a problem signing you in" as an error message. A couple days ago I changed my Microsoft account password and then had problems with malware. To correct my malware problem I restored from a couple weeks ago and ran MalwareBytes to find and correct the problem. However, now when I signed in it was with the password from before the restore but my Microsoft Account was still with the new password. This seemingly caused my PC and my Microsoft Account to be out of synch so I signed in with a password and then got prompted by outlook and other apps to sign in. I then thought that changing my password on my Microsoft Account would cause my PC to resynch the passwords but that apparently didn't work. My latest symptom is that I can not use the App Store because it constantly prompts for my account password which it doesn't recognize. I can login to my Microsoft Account using IE but it's not recognized on my PC. How can I resolve this issue?
