Solved Saving a Font File

How do I save a font file to give to someone else to use (so they can do something for me on their computer)? I knew how to do this on my old XP machine, but can't seem to do it on 8.1.

I've found the fonts under C:/Windows/Fonts, but can't figure out how to save them - right click doesn't do it. I've seen where I could buy it for $40, but seeing as I already have it....

Hmmm, I think I may have solved my own problem. If I highlight the font I want, then chose "organize" (yes, why didn't I think of looking there - very intuitive), I can choose "copy".

So I'm marking this as solved for now.
