Download Windows 8 Pro ISO 32 Bit / 64 Bit Free Then i upgraded my Windows 8 Pro to Windows 8.1 Pro.I activated my Windows 8.1 and I want to add media center when i type add features to windows 8.1 and click on it. It says that message how can i fix this?
Please understand that I am not suggesting anything, I just want to cover all possible reasons for your issue and ask what I ask only because of that.

How and where did you get your original Windows 8 Pro, and how did you activate it? I mean if the original Windows 8 Pro was valid, activated with valid product key, why did you upgrade it to Windows 8.1 Pro with an ISO from some third party download site, why did you not upgrade it simply from your existing Windows 8 Pro Store using the default upgrade method with original Microsoft upgrade media?

Media Center cannot be added if activation is not valid.

It looks like he downloaded 8.0 Pro from that link and then upgraded to 8.1 Pro, maybe though the Windows Store? I'm with you though, where did he get his key and how did he activate? That website just lists a generic install key for 8.0 Pro that will not activate?

Yes, I read the OP wrong. It doesn't however change my point: be it the original Windows 8 Pro or the 8.1 upgrade media which was downloaded from some odd third party "free programs" website, it makes me wonder why, and how was it activated?

So im out of luck I used a third party program KM spico which activated Windows 8.1 Pro. So i will have to downgrade to XP and upgrade back to Windows 8 Pro and update it to 8.1 through the windows store. Then I have to go to Walmart to buy Windows 8.1 Pro disc and use that product key to activate and add media center.
