ISSUES Running Shoretel Communicator

I have installed Shoretel Communicator in Windows 8.1 Ent and when I run the program I get "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly...." I go to Event Viewer and I see I have two errors. At first I thought it was the software but I installed it on a different machine with all udates and .net framework updated and it worked. But I can't get it to work on our office machines. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks . Here is the two Event viewer messages
