Solved Can't uninstall Software

Hello,

I'm running windows 8.1 and I'm having an issue uninstalling a program. I try to uninstall using the Control Panel / Programs and Features and I get this notification:



So I disabled UAC and tried again to no avail.

Then I tried to run "uninstall" as administrator and got this message:



Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Look in the task manager under process tab and kill the service, then remove it. If you cannot find the service associated with the program, boot into safe mode and remove it.

I could not find a service associated so I tried uninstalling it in safe mode and still got the same thing.
