Windows Media Centre & Win 8.1

When I bought Win 8 I also bought via, [h=1]arvato distribution GmbH Benzstrasse 5-7 33442 Herzebrock-Clarholz Germany[/h]a copy of Windows Media Centre. When I changed pc's I wanted to reinstall it but MS shop says my product key is invalid !!!

I emailed the above company, and the email got refused as none existent !!!

I looked online in MS help forum and loads of other people are also have problems with this company and, in some cases, the complete lack of receipt of orders paid for.

This is criminal and Microsoft need to get them sorted out, and quickly. MS are party to a fraud company from what people are saying. Whilst I do not think its that bad, they are still ignoring customers and the email address is fake.

I want what I paid for now, not next year or next decade.

If there is anybody in here who has the ear of Microsoft, please lets get this sorted out. I tried to find the live chat to MS, but its so well hidden, its almost impossible. I did find it a long time ago, by accident.
