Hi,
I work in a library at a community college and we have a free download available for students to get Office 365 on their personal computers. When I try to install it on his computer, a screen prompts me to select his device- the problem is it doesn't have an option for a laptop. It only has options for mobile devices (i.e. smartphones and tablets), the Windows 8.1 RT. Not sure if you'll have any ideas as to how to solve this. Thanks for any help you can provide.
