I know you said they won't open, but can you go to the Apps screen below the Start Screen and find them there? And if so, can you uninstall them? Then go to the store and reinstall?

Yeah I have tried that as well, I uninstalled them and tried reinstalling them and kept getting the error 0x8007002

I tried switching my accounts as well to try fixing this error and tried WSRESET and heaps of other things but it won't fix it :/

It may be related to Windows Update. New versions of certain programs may not installed correctly because of it. Here's KB article on fixing Window Update for that error code.

Of course, Windows Update is different than Store updates, but it may be related.

Windows Update error "0x80070002" or "0x80070003"

One more thing. I didn't see it in the other responses, but did you try to run 'wsreset.exe' from the command prompt yet? It will reset your store account without losing settings.

What virus software are you running? Did you try any of this with it disabled? If it is anything other than Microsoft Defender, I would turn it off and turn on Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall, then try 'wsreset' again.
