Sudden Help and Support Popus

Hello everyone,
I've been getting Windows Help and Support popups for a while now. They appear either on startup or during work. Whenever I close a popup and click anywhere on the screen, a new one appears. If I click something particular, a support article on that topic appears.

IE behaves similarly, opening a bunch of (like 50) windows at once either when I launch it or while it's working. All windows open on IE Help and Support.

The problems seem to be connected, since they both happen at the same time and are both related to Windows support. I've run Win Defender and Malwarebytes, and they found nothing. Thanks.

This looks like an adware remover. I'll try it, but I don't think the popups I get are ads.

This could be it! I detached the external keyboard I've been using. If I don't get the popups for the rest of the day, the issue may be considered solved!
