If you are running Windows 8, 64 bit (not 8.1 or 32-bit).
Could you please do me the favour of uploading your
Code: 
vorbis.acm
file in
HTML: 
C:\Windows\System32
because mine is corrupt.

Please upload it to a direct download on dropbox. As other sites immediately have the file tagged as 'downloaded from the internet' and don't run or execute with explicit permission and as this is a system file this is very impractical.
