How do I completely uninstall an app?

Hello! Long story short I made a post on here asking about an error, but apparently nobody knew a solution, so I looked further into it myself. When I go to the Store and choose Account > My apps, this is what I see.

It says there are four apps that are on my pc, yet it also says that they're not installed? I think this is why it's giving me the 80073cf0 error that I mentioned before. How would I go about completely deleting these apps from my computer? Like which folder do I go into and what do I delete? Thanks :)

Any App that you install/try on a PC will show up in your Windows Store, My Apps section. Installed or not, they will show up there and you can't remove them from the All Apps section of the Windows Store. You can uninstall them from your PC but they will not disappear from the My Apps section of the Windows store. They are tied to your Live ID account forever. Mine is full of Apps I will never use again and never reinstall on a PC. I believe this is done so that if you actually buy an App, you never have to buy it a second time if you uninstall it.
