Hi all
I don't exactly have a problem, just bloat that I can't separate from actually needed programs myself. I've searched around but few people seem to be asking the same thing.
I've got SQL Server 2012 installed, because I'm a C#.NET developer and need databases in some of my programs. What I actually do with it is limited to
However, the installation forcibly adds a few dozen extra programs, which I'd like to trim out now. Apart from the above 3, I don't need any features whatsoever. I have no clue what most of the extra features even actually do or where to find them. So, I'd like to ask for your help in chasing out everything I don't need. Trying it myself, I'd probably regret something. I'm mostly just asking anyone who happens to be familiar with this already.
The full list of installed features I'm uncertain about:
Thanks
Cheers

I've got SQL Server 2012 installed, because I'm a C#.NET developer and need databases in some of my programs. What I actually do with it is limited to
- using Management Studio to visually edit databases, tables, columns and lines (just manually, no fancy magic)
- connecting to it from my code (DBMX editor in Visual Studio) using the registered instance
- turning the SQL Server service on or off as needed
However, the installation forcibly adds a few dozen extra programs, which I'd like to trim out now. Apart from the above 3, I don't need any features whatsoever.
