Using the same programme for multiple users

    Hi

I have Norton 360 installed on my laptop. I've created a separate user account for my daughter on Win 8 but when she logs in I can't see Norton available on her profile.

I've had a look around the forums but can't see anything relating to this.

    Thanks

What do you mean by "I can't see Norton available on her profile."? Please explain what you are doing.

    Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

As Ztruker said, can you please provide us more information on the problem? Is the account you created a Limited one?

    Thanks!

    Hi
I have bought two licences from the Norton website (3 PC's each).
I have downloaded one copy of Norton to my laptop, all fine.
When my daughter logs in to her User Account on the same laptop I can't find Norton anywhere.

Is her account an Administrator or Standard user account? If Standard, that may be why.

Her account is standard (she's only 7), my account is the admin account. There must be a way of Norton working on her account too?

I believe it's working and you just can't see it from here account.

Hello; I'm brand new to Windows 8. I purchased a Lenovo 840 computer from a computer business. They put most of the data and programs from my old, failed, XP computer onto the new Win8. This included the Thunderbird email program. The computer has two logons. They activated one of the...
The more I read the various forums here and elsewhere and especially the Microsoft Windows 8 ones, I am convinced that there are a whole lot of people out there that think Windows 8 is a programme rather than an operating system. Questions like "I don't like Windows 8 how can I uninstall it?",...
