    "Your app licenses couldn't be synced"


    Whenever I try to sync my app licenses, I get the following error:

    Hello Matthew,

    You might see if clearing the Store cache may be able to help.

    I tried that. All that happens is that the store opens and says "Loading Store..." for forever.

    In that case, also re-register the Store.

    If you have any pending app updates, go ahead and install them if able.

    Are you using a proxy server for your LAN?

    Do you have a 3rd party firewall installed? If so, temporarily disable or uninstall it to see if that may be the issue of it blocking it.

    If this still doesn't help, then check through the listed troubleshooting steps below.

    Still no luck.

    This is a fresh install so there isn't any 3rd party stuff on it.

    No proxy either.

    Do you have all app updates from the Store and Windows Updates already installed?

    I'd hate to say it, but you might see if refreshing Windows may sort it in an attempt to avoid reinstalling if the first may be a bad install.
