Solved Disable OneDrive Sycn Engine from starting with windows

Hi, is there a way to completely disable the OneDrive Sync Engine process from starting up with windows? I can't find it in the startup menu. Sometimes when it loads it will lock up my computer for about ~5 mins until anything becomes responsive. I was able to grab a screen shot of the process loading in the notifications. I just would like to disable OneDrive 100% if possible (running Win 8.1, update 1) as I do not use that service for anything. Thanks!
