Satellite images on Win 8.1 ??

I installed Win 8.1 several months ago, and it's running fine. I was especially impressed with the satellite images, which worked something like Google Earth.

But I can no longer find them!! Are they still there and I'm just overlooking them??? or have they been removed (maybe for purchase). Many thanks, David

it must have been an app or a website you were using to see these images,win8 doesn't just show images out of the blue by itself ,, you need and app to do so .

There is a microsoft app called "Maps" in the store that does what you describe. I don't know if it comes preinstalled or not.

Yes, maps come with Win8 standard but have to be connected to MS account for it to work in full.
