Hello, I am have a tiny problem that I am worried and distracting for me is that this message box keeps coming up everytime I print something from any application, the name of the printer is called 'HP LaserJet 100 color MFP M175a'.
I am running a Windows 8.1 PC with a up-to-date version of Microsoft Windows.

There is a image below that shows you the error that I keep getting everytime I get to print things. It just distracts me.

When you ran HP print and scan doctor, did it show anything?

On the odd chance, run a full virus scan.

I found a solution to my self and it may work by ignoring the Printer Notification by going through these steps.

  1. Right click on your printer.
  2. Then click on "Printer properties".
  3. Go to "Device Settings" on the tabs above.
  4. Then go to "Installable Options > Printer Status Notification: Disabled"
  5. Click on "Apply" and then click on "Ok".

It should solve the worry I have! If it works, then please use these steps for future use.

If it is printing normally then you should be alright. Probably a glitch caused by the printer installation.

Yeah, I think it was a pop-up that shows you the cartages and the status, but I think that don't seem to be working particularly well. So, HP might need to fix it.
