[SOLVED] Remov/reinstall Adobe Flash Player Win 8.1 x64

How can I do that properly? I used the uninstaller from Adobe but the residual files in system32\ and in sysWow64\ those Flash.ocx files and such, I tried Safe mode and other ways, are they needed to remove in order to have a proper reinstall and how to delete them? Access always denied

It has to do with Shockwave Flash Object, in IE, can I remove this add on to let these files be deletable. I managed to move out the Macromed folder out of system32 but so much for it. in syswow64 cant even move out the folder

Flash Player is installed in 2 separate versions. One is for use with Microsoft IE as an .ocx file (Activex), the other is for the non Microsoft browsers such as Firefox, Chrome etc.... as an add-on/Extension. The ocx is installed via Windows Updates, so to uninstall the ocx, you'll need to uninstall KB2961887.
To check the functionality of the Flash Player for both IE & Other browsers , run the link below for each browser:

I am not sure if anything is wrong with the flashplayer. One site I see people streaming including webcam does not want to display any picture of the video at all - just black screen and loading circle forever, the whole site is flash-based though. While youtube works, twitchtv and other of that kind stream Live work all.. just one site, other places where webcams are used work either, maybe it's not in the flashplayer.

I do not have the update of which you speak
