Netflix metro app issue,

For some reason the metro app for netflix flickers for no reason when watching shows. I see no reason for this. I have a dell Inspiron 15r non touch 4th gen i7 4500u processor with 8 gigs of ram. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

You are talking about a long known issue with that app. What happens if you try and stream Netflix from the desktop, within say Internet Explorer, Fire Fox or Chrome? Also helps to know what you are trying to view Netflix on. If it is through a HDTV flatscreen. Refresh rate would be the issue.

also my windows silverlight program keeps getting corrupted . I have a avast antivirus. I put a photo of it and another file that keeps corrupting.

What do I do?
