Have done an over-install from the ESD file and disk clean. NTFS file system is clean and fragmentation is only 1%.
Most every app (tile) that is clicked - such as "store" or "weather" simply brings up its name on a solid-colored
screen, then dumps back to the start screen.
They ran (somewhat) poorly at an earlier install...but this incarnation should be good.
Ideas?
