i'm having problems with this computer and I think some bad software may have gotten into my computer.
can anybody tell me which of the following does not belong so I can delete it?

my search dial
movies toolbar for internet explorer
convert file for free
begin converter


any help would be nice

"convert file for free" if that's the Youtube converter they are pushing all over the place with big green "Download", I know of and is not needed because of Youtube videos have many options to download in different formats anyway. The rest of those on the list are even less necessary. "Sneakware", somebody called things like that, and some may prove real challenge to remove.

You could use it to uninstall stuff for 30 days & then uninstall it if you wanted to.

I use the Pro version myself & like it.

ok, I found in youtube upload then the pic of a gear and I left clicked there. below that were:

Those 3 are on Youtube site only. "convert file for free" should be an add-on to the browser, which one are you using ?

Never said which browser you are using.

windows 8 windows browser? I don't know. what ever comes with this computer. this short memory just shut down like flipping a light switch, and I don't remember a thing.

That would be Internet Explorer than, if you upgraded to Win 8.1 it would be version 11 than. There's 2 of them, an Modern App and desktop, they are different a bit.
