Solved Is my office activated?

My brother bought office 2013 form sale, he got an internet based setup file both 64-bit and 32-bit with product key.
however when i activated my office it is showing me this error(check out the snapshot)
I have activated it but it is showing me that this product is activated at one place and then it also shows that the product is still activated.
Please help!
